Allowances
Fitness Subsidies

LFS|US will provide a reimbursement (maximum $25 per an applicant per a term) to LFS Undergraduate students who purchase personal fitness equipment, or class memberships/passes

These include, but are not limited to; yoga or weight training equipment, sports equipment, gym memberships, etc.

These do NOT include purchases such as fitness clothing/personal wear

Provided on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to the approval from the VP Finance
Club & Student Initiative Grants

LFS|US aims to support Members of Society with their pursuit of extracurricular activities that supplement their academic experiences
-
The amount of funding provided by the Club and Student Initiatives Grant is 50% of total costs up to a maximum of $250 per initiative per year

Provided on a first come, first served basis, and subject to the approval from the Grants Subcommittee and the LFS|US Executive team
Feeding the Future Meal Program

The Feeding the Future Meal Program aims to increase food accessibility for LFS undergraduate students by reducing financial barriers for food

LFS|US may provide a grocery store gift card (value of $25 CAD) to LFS undergraduate students that are experiencing financial hardship or have been financially impacted by COVID-19
Conference & Case Competition Grants

LFS|US aims to support Members of Society with their participation in extracurricular events that supplement their academic experiences

The amount of funding provided by the Conference and Case Competition Grants is 50% of ticket registration costs up to a maximum of $150 per student per year

Provided on a first-come, first-served basis, and subject to the approval from the Grants Subcommittee and the LFS|US Executive team
